EisSalonRuhr in the Jahrhunderthalle Bochum
On December 15, 2023, the EisSalon Ruhr in the Jahrhunderthalle Bochum will open its doors again. The former gas power station of the Bochum association will be a wintry, weather-independent fun until January 7th - with lots of steel, meter-high ceilings, colorful lights, music and lots of ice! On over 1.500 square meters there is a paradise for ice skating fans: whether you are a beginner or a professional on the skates, everyone is welcome. After sporting rounds on the ice, the catering area invites you to linger. Here, guests can fortify themselves with regional snacks and hot and cold drinks.
Grand opening party
With a big one Opening party, presented by Radio Bochum, the ice skating season will be ceremoniously launched on December 15th from 16 p.m. A DJ will provide musical entertainment, while visitors can look forward to highlights and surprises from Radio Bochum. The mayor of Bochum, Thomas Eiskirch, will also come by to officially open the EisSalon Ruhr and perhaps even do a few laps on ice skates himself.
