Cyclists enjoy the varied route on well-developed railway cycle paths and beautiful riverside paths that present the green Ruhr area. Steel mills, collieries and workers' settlements tell the story of industrialization. Anchor points such as the UNESCO World Heritage Site Zollverein or the Gasometer Oberhausen are just as fascinating as small relics along the way. The "radrevier.ruhr" cycling region, certified by the ADFC, ensures excellent cycling pleasure with orientation aids provided by a junction system. Entry points are, for example, the main train stations in Mülheim an der Ruhr and Hamm/Westphalia.

Oberhausen LVR Industrial Museum Peter-Behrens-Bau
