When Hall 10 is transformed into a creative workshop for two hours every Friday, a place is created in the middle of the world heritage site where young creative people can exchange ideas and develop under expert guidance and in a relaxed atmosphere. No previous knowledge is required.

The Kunstkaue is part of the project “Zollverein - The Quarter“. The project is an invitation to the people in Katernberg, Stoppenberg and Schonnebeck to contribute their experiences, wishes and ideas and to create a living world heritage together. Guided tour on the path of the coal and through the Ruhr Museum On a double shift in the former coal wash: The largest building in the Zollverein colliery, the coal wash, is now a central place for the history of the Ruhr area. In addition to the original above-ground facilities of the Zollverein Monument Trail, it is home to the Ruhr Museum, the regional museum of the Ruhr area.
