INDUSTRIAL FILM RUHR ON TOUR at DASA

INDUSTRIAL FILM RUHR on Tour 23

FILM TREASURES FROM THE ARCHIVES OF THE RUHR AREA

On Thursday, May 3rd, 2023, the "INDUSTRIEFILM RUHR" will go on tour again!

Far beyond the borders of the region, IndustrieFilm Ruhr is a trademark for a technically well-founded presentation of historical industrial films that are only very rarely seen by a broader audience. IndustrieFilm Ruhr can now look back on 26 successful years – with 14 events and over 180 films presented to date. A record that is unparalleled nationwide.

In autumn 2022, IndustrieFilm Ruhr was able to take place again in the historical cinema ambience of the Essen film studio Glückauf, most recently on the topic "Industrial Film and Industrial Culture". This gave rise to the idea of bringing the industrial film to the locations of the Route of Industrial Culture. The next edition of INDUSTRIEFILM RUHR on Tour will now take place on Thursday, May 3, 2023 in the Walzenlager cinema in the DASA exhibition in Dortmund on Thursday, May 3, 2023.

The event will be moderated by Paul Hofmann, Kinemathek in the Ruhr area.

The INDUSTRIEFILM RUHR team looks forward to seeing you!
