Season opening at Zollverein
To mark the opening of the “outdoor season”, Zollverein offers a variety of exciting tours, interesting exhibitions, surprising performances and a variety of children's and family activities - all free of charge.
Zollverein welcomes spring! Although the calendar of events at the “most beautiful mine in the world” is well-filled even in the cold months, with the start of the outdoor season there are again numerous offers at the world heritage site in the north of Essen. With the start of spring we officially begin another year full of unforgettable experiences and leisure fun around the Doppelbock.
On the occasion of this day, visitors can expect many free offers in the Ruhr Museum, on the monument trail, at PACT Zollverein and at various other locations on Zollverein. The local restaurateurs provide catering together with a food truck offer.
