Start of the season in the landscape park with a street food festival

From April 8th to 10th, 2023, the popular Street Food Festival marks the start of the new season in the Landscape Park Duisburg-Nord. Once again, the festival attracts with international dishes and a unique atmosphere. There are no culinary limits here on the Easter weekend: There are unusual things like Taiwanese or Balinese street food as well as Italian pasta or burgers. There is also a wide range of options for vegetarians and vegans.

Admission to the festival is free. The opening times are: Saturday – 12 p.m. to 22 p.m., Sunday – 12 p.m. to 22 p.m., Monday 12 p.m. to 20 p.m.

As a "colourful" Easter egg for visitors, the well-known light installation for the Street Food Festival is used for safety reasons and to illuminate paths during the event from dusk and the park is illuminated (Saturday, April 8th, Sunday, April 9th ​​and April 10th). April 2023 until 00:00). Normally, the light installation is not currently switched on to save energy. The applicable Energy Saving Ordinance provides for this regulation until April 15, 2023. It is therefore worth bringing your camera with you, because there will be a large selection of colorful motifs this Easter weekend.

And for younger guests, the "big GPS treasure hunt with Edgar" is offered as a holiday highlight in the landscape park. Families and children can go on a rally using GPS coordinates until April 16, 2023.
